Terms and Conditions
  1. Customers must register as Beauty Connect members of the NARS brand, by registering through beauty connect platform before purchasing NARS products. Accumulated spending will only be counted through the Beauty Connect application & website.
    By registering, customers are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed that Shiseido (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) may collect, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://beautyconnect.shiseido.co.th/th/privacy-notice.html
  2. Points will accumulate from purchases made at NARS counters in all department stores, EVE AND BOY, and nars.co.th .
  3. Membership levels will be calculated based on the accumulated purchases made in the past 12 months. Membership levels will be automatically upgraded when the accumulated purchase amount reaches or exceeds the minimum required for each membership level.
  4. The Company reserves the right to exclude any cancelled product orders from accumulated spending calculations.
  5. Customers can check their purchase history, accumulated points, and current membership tier via the Beauty Connect website: https://beautyconnect.shiseido.co.th or through the Beauty Connect mobile application.
  6. Double points (“X2”) and triple points (“X3”) promotions are valid only for the first purchase and once during the customer’s birthday month, and only applicable to purchases made at NARS counters. If a product from a qualifying transaction is returned or exchanged, the Company reserves the right to invalidate any bonus points granted. The customer will be considered as having forfeited the right to receive bonus points
  7. Customers may redeem birthday gifts and special birthday promotions in person at NARS counters only. Redemption requires showing the SMS notification of the promotion and a valid national ID card for identity verification.
  8. Membership tier 'ICON' & 'STAR' will receive 1 time 30-minute makeup service or 1 time makeup class with NARS professionals
    E-vouchers will be delivered through the Beauty Connect website or app. Appointments must be made in advance via Line Official: @narsthailand, and the e-voucher must be presented at the NARS counter before service.
  9. In the case of any disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final.
  10. The Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice

Terms and Conditions
  1. Customers will receive 1 point for every 1 Baht spent on NARS products. To accumulate points, customers must provide their registered Beauty Connect membership phone number at the time of purchase via the following official channels NARS counters in all department stores and EVE AND BOY, nars.co.th and NARS official Lazmall.
  2. Customers can redeem their accumulated points for NARS gifts through the Beauty Connect mobile application. All redemptions are subject to the https://beautyconnect.shiseido.co.th/register/terms-and-conditions
  3. Points can be redeemed for services at all NARS counters from January 5, 2025 to November 30, 2025.
    Points can be redeemed for year-end gifts from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
  4. Each customer may redeem year-end gifts up to 3 times, with the following limits per tier:
    - 10,000 points: NARS Afterglow Lip Balm – max. 6 pieces per tier/member
    - 20,000 points: NARS Makeup Pouch + NARS Light Reflecting Tone-Up Veil – max. 5 sets per tier/member
    - 40,000 points: NARS Skin Light Reflecting Moisturizer, NARS Travel Bag, NARS Umbrella – max. 5 sets per tier/member
    *Multiple items or sets may be redeemed in a single transaction.
  5. Once a redemption is confirmed via the Beauty Connect application, it cannot be changed, edited, or canceled. By confirming the redemption, the customer affirms that all submitted information is accurate.Shiseido (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the submitted information.
  6. Gifts are available in limited quantities. The Company reserves the right to:
    - Substitute gifts with items of equal or similar value
    - Suspend redemptions if items are out of stock
    *Notification will be provided accordingly.
  7. Gift pick-up must be made at the NARS counter selected by the customer. Processing time is approximately 45–90 business days. Customers will be notified via SMS or phone call when the gift is ready. Gifts must be collected within 60 days from the date of notification. If unclaimed within the deadline, the Company reserves the right to reallocate the item to other customers and will not refund the points used.
  8. Points earned from NARS purchases made by December 31 of each year must be redeemed by January 31 of the following year.Unused points after the deadline will expire automatically. The Company reserves the right not to return or reinstate expired points under any circumstances
  9. Points and redeemed gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other gifts.
  10. Point usage terms are defined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions and will notify customers in advance.
